How do I check the status of my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
We strive to meet our customer demands and many of our orders ship very quickly. To attempt to modify or cancel your order you should call our Rugs Direct Customer Service Team at 888-464-1447 as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the order is too far along in the processing or shipping stage we are unable to cancel the order. Please note that PayPal, Google, and Apple Pay orders will ship to the address that you have listed with that institution. Due to our terms and conditions with them directly, we are not able to make any address modifications after the order is placed using PayPal, Google, or Apple Pay.

How do I enter a promo code?
You may enter the promo code in the “ADD PROMO CODE” field during checkout and select “APPLY” to see the savings in your cart.
How long will it take for a backordered item to arrive?
Backordered items are those that our suppliers currently do not have stock, and in many cases, we are unable to provide an exact restock date. However, we make every effort to give you the most accurate estimated arrival time based on the latest supplier updates.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
