What forms of payment do you accept?

We take VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Once the order has been submitted, you must call us ASAP at 888-464-1447 to modify or cancel it. If your order has already shipped, we can’t change or cancel it. PayPal, Google and Apple Pay orders will ship to the address you have listed with that institution. We are unable to make any address modifications after the order is placed using Paypal, Google and Apple Pay.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, call us at 888-464-1447 between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday, or send an email to: [email protected].

How do I enter a Promotional Code?

Enter your code in the “ADD PROMO CODE” box at checkout and click “APPLY.”

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there's a problem or damage to your item due to the shipping company, please contact us right away. You can reach us at 888-464-1447 between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday.

How long will it take for a back ordered item to arrive?

Back ordered items are those that our suppliers currently don’t have on hand and are generally unable to predict when they will have more in stock. Whenever possible, we will do our best to inform you of an anticipated shipping date.
