Rug was well packed for shipping. I'm not up on the quality level to expect for the price I paid, but I imagine it to be pretty high. Colors were what we saw on the computer. As with the quality, I'm not sure what the value level is for this rug. I perceive it to be high. It is 80% wool 20% cotton, 8' x 8' sq. We couldn't find a handmade sq. rug anywhere. Rugs Direct called this "hand tufted," but it looks machine made to us. We still love it. It arrived quickly--3 days, not the quoted 2.

It is a wonderful rug. It is rich, and so soft in its thickness. I love the way it dresses up a newly painted room and makes the hardwood floor sparkles. The entire room is classy with this rug as the center piece. Thank you for offering such a wonderful piece. Will order another in a couple of months.
