Rugs Direct offers a 30-Day In-Home Trial on every rug we sell, except for customized rugs, products sold through our Clearance Outlet and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it - no questions asked.
Please note: processing & handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
This is the most convenient option. We will arrange to have UPS pick up the item(s) from your home or office and return them safely to our warehouse.
We will provide you with a return shipping label to print and you will need to drop off the item(s) to a UPS shipping facility.
You will need to arrange for return shipping from the insured carrier of your choice. You will need a return authorization number (RA#).
We will show you the cost of using options 1 and 2. If you choose to arrange for the return on your own, you'll need to obtain the cost from your carrier.
Notes on returns
Clearance Outlet, personalized, custom-made and sample items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. In that case, we will gladly provide you a replacement if an identical product is currently available, or we will refund your purchase price. Rug pads that have been opened may not be returned for credit.
