Using a blue and pink area rug can highlight your room’s decor in several different ways:
Establish the room’s color scheme: Whenever you’re starting to stylize a room, you can always look at the rug for guidance with the color scheme. Starting off, a blue and pink rug can serve as a solid foundation, and then you can tie it back to the accessories and artwork in the room. Connecting those decorative elements to the rug will not only establish the room’s color scheme, but it will also serve to highlight your room’s decor by making the space feel cohesive.

With the layout, rugs are often placed under ? of the bed and extend into the rest of the room.
