The rug is fine but the packaging was awful! It was folded rather than rolled so it's taking a long time with steam iron to get the folds out.

We bought a small rug. Color very nice. But it is very stiff, has no (no-skid) backing and is not machine washable. The material is more suitable for an area carpet but not for a small rug.
