The product was nice quality and would look nice in any living room with appropriate coordinate colors. However, the coloring shown in the ad was not the same as the rug delivered. A scarlet red rug in the ad turned out to be a purple rug.

I ordered a rug from a different company and was so disappointed. When I found Rugs Direct, I decided to give online-rug-ordering another try. Much to my surprise I am THRILLED! The rug came rolled up and covered in heavy plastic. It rolled out beautifully and in 30 minutes looked perfect. The color was a little brighter in person than shown on the computer, but it is actually more beautiful. VERY PLEASED AND WILL ORDER AGAIN!!!

I ordered the 7'7" x 10' area rug, plus four smaller area rugs for my living room. I have been searching for a pattern similar to my old rug (which I bought in the '90s). I never dreamed that I would find one that matched so closely. I ordered the synthetic rug as my previous one was wool and it has shed wool for its entire life.
