I live in a small tenement apartment in New York City. We use bamboo rugs to give the feel of a hardwood floor in our rental, and can trust Rugs Direct to send us a quality product. The rug is exactly what I expected, and I expect it to last some number of years before I need to replace; if there is damage to the rug, we'll be happy to replace from Rugs Direct.
This is a replacement rug for one that finally wore out. So, this review isn't actually for the short amount of time we've had this new rug, but for the Anji Mountain rug - identical - that this one replaced. After 8 years of serious abuse - it is an entry hall rug, not some throw rug inside a room somewhere - some of the stitching came loose and a couple of the slats cracked. Recommendation? We replaced it with the identical rug. Enough said.

They are the perfect rugs for our vacation home. The rugs serve as "Sun Protectors" on our two large sliding windows.
This little mat is perfect for providing some comfort to feet standing in front of the kitchen or bathroomn sink. It is easy to wipe clean. However, its very smooth surface might make it slippery for wet feet stepping onto out of tub or shower. That same smooth surface makes it unsuitable for a door mat if you wish to have a mat that helps clean off the bottom of your shoes. It is a fairly light yellow color, definitely brighter and lighter than many other types of natural fiber rugs.
I like the bamboo look and feel. Easy to clean. I can see it being used in other rooms. Would recommend to others.
I brought two rugs. They are of high quality and look very good. I would purchase more if needed.
New home, hardwood floors. Bought three, one in front of stove, one in front of sink and one for in front of fridge. Works fine and like the color to go with red oak.
I really like this rug. I purchased the round one first and decided I needed the matching one too. It was shipped quickly and the size was right.

The price can't be beat! But even if you ignore the price, you will NOT be disappointed with this rug. It's durable, well crafted, easy to maintain and handsome--giving any room an upscale, but natural feel. Oh and shipping was really quick, too.
We ordered 3 bamboo rugs for our kitchen and doorway areas. The rugs came on time and were in excellent condition. They looked like the picture and description on Rugs Direct web site - so no unwelcome surprises. The bamboo is high quality, with nice wide (1/2 to 3/4 inch) slats for a sleek look, nice natural color, with a neat, classy black border. The bamboo rug is a nice addition but am still unsure of the price. it's the only thing that prevents me from recommending it to others. but otherwise a good product.
I ordered this rug for an apartment patio. It fit perfectly and really warms up the area with it's natural wood color. Most importantly, it is as durable as it is attractive. Highly recommended!
I bought two for an indoor and outdoor rug, but found it worked best outside under my patio furniture. It is easy to clean and looks great. No need for the pad, however. I think I will use the other one by my hot tub.
Hello to anyone out there looking to buy a high quality,cost effective,great looking rug for your out door patio, or in door sun room. These rugs, and I have 4 are the best value I have found any where. I even work in retail and couldn't get a better deal, than RUGS DIRECT gave me.These bamboo rugs are marked for outdoor use and they are great!, quick drying and easily cleaned.
