You can now purchase from Rugs Direct using our convenient, new Layaway Plan. All purchases over $150 qualify and you can take up to 60 days to pay. There are no interest charges or fees.

Here are the official Plan Rules:

1. Layaway is only available on orders totaling $150 or more (not including taxes, shipping and handling.)
2. There is no charge for using our layaway service.
3. You must pay at least $50 within 7 days of putting merchandise on layaway. If you have not paid at least $50 within 22 days after putting merchandise on layaway we will cancel your order and return any money that you have paid.
4. You must complete paying for your purchase within 60 days from the date you placed the item(s) on layaway (the “Final Payment Date”). You may make payments in minimum increments of $50. Of course if the unpaid remaining balance is less than $50 then you should only pay the unpaid balance. If you have not finished paying for your purchase within 15 days of the Final Payment Date we will cancel your layaway contract and return any money that you have paid.
5. We will not order your items from the manufacturer until you have paid in full. The delivery time from the date of your final payment will be the same as the delivery time provided for any other purchase.
6. We cannot guarantee availability. We will notify you right away if a manufacturer discontinues your item while it is on layaway. We will try to secure any remaining units of the product, but we may not be able to. If we cannot obtain the product for you, you will be free to cancel your purchase and receive a refund of all of your money.
7. Your layaway receipt will specifically identify the merchandise that you have placed on layaway, the purchase price, shipping and handling charges, any applicable taxes, and the Final Payment Date.
8. If you decide you no longer want an item after placing it on layaway, you may cancel your layaway and receive a full refund of all payments made.
9. Using our layaway plan will protect your purchase price. Once you place your layaway order the cost of your merchandise cannot be increased. In fact, if any items you put on layaway go on sale or have price reductions within 10 days of when you place them on layaway, you will be charged the lower price.
