  Online Return Pick-Up Service : FAST, EASY and AFFORDABLE

Your most convenient option for returning an item is to take advantage of our Online Return Pickup Service. You can obtain your return authorization and arrange for pickup from your home or office all in a few easy steps online. All you need to do is completely wrap the item in its original packaging (or equivalent) and make it available for pickup at your specified address. We will send a courier to you. We'll even take responsibility for the package(s) once the courier picks them up.  Easy!

Other Return Options

If you prefer to handle the return shipping on your own, you may obtain your return authorization via e-mail or a toll-free call to our Customer Service Department:

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), you must attach it to the item wrapped in its original packaging (or equivalent) and then use a traceable courier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend insuring your return shipment with the courier you use for it's full purchase price in case of loss or damage in transit back to us.  We can not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels being returned to us.  You are responsible for filing claims with the courier you use in case of loss or damage.

 

Notes on Returns

Please completely wrap the rug you are returning in its original packaging or equivalent.

Do not fold or apply tape to any surface of the item or rug.

If you are not using our online return pickup service, we strongly recommend you insure the item for its full value.

The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged it may be refused or incur a 20% service fee and the shipping cost.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns that are received without a return authorization number may incur freight costs and a 20% service fee.

No returns will be accepted after the 30-day trial has expired. 

Clearance, personalized, custom-made and sample items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. In this case we will gladly provide you a replacement. Rug pads/cushions that have been opened may not be returned for credit.
