Will Not Stop Shedding
"This is my first purchase from Rugs Direct. The color matches the decor well, but was a bit more muted and the pattern less defined then pictured. The rug arrived nicely wrapped; however upon opening the plastic wrap it smelled a bit musty and felt slightly damp to the touch. The smell has dissipated, but the rug sheds constantly, leaving loose fiber all over our hardwood floor; even after repeated vacuuming. After reading all of the positive reviews I was a bit surprised and disappointed. "

A Positive Experience
"I recently purchased 9 area rugs + pads. All rugs were delivered within the week and were lush and beautiful, colors were accurate to the pictures. One rug had a small quality issue-some excess glue. I called customer service who took care of a replacement rug within 48 hrs. They arranged to pick up the defective rug. Totally painless, great quality and beautiful rugs!"

Very Happy With Purchases
"I was looking for runners for my wood floor, found lots of options; ordered four. They came very fast, each wrapped carefully, were much thicker than I had anticipated, very soft, colors were beautiful and they look great. The pads are very thick too and really keep them from moving. I will purchase from Rugs Direct again when my older rugs wear out!"

Great Area Rug!
"The colors are just as shown, a rich brown with lighter tans. I use them in my family room. I purchased a rectangular rug that sits under a coffee table in front of my sofa and a circular rug to go with a leather chair and ottoman. Very thick and soft. More Than We Hoped For
"We ordered a 6' round and 2' x 3' with suggested high quality pads for use in our bathroom, which we are very glad to have chosen. The 6' round and pads came very quickly and we were notified immediately that the small rug would be delayed but it arrived when they said it would and we were not charged until it was shipped. The color on the rugs is exact to what we saw on our monitor. What you can't see or appreciate on the computer is the thick richness of the rug. These are a GREAT value!"
