"I was very pleased with your selection of rugs and found the one that I wanted very easily. unfortunately, the one i ordered had a hole in it. i called your customer service center and the lady i spoke with was very helpful. they sent a new one right away along with the shipping material needed to send the old one back. it was very simple and easy to exchange the rug. i do a lot of shopping on the internet and this was definitely a superior experience! i forwarded on the coupon you sent me to a "

Wonderful Rug
"I have 4 bigger area rugs and 2 small throw rugs from Rugs Direct. They are all amazing. Colors are pretty true to what shows on the site. The quality is amazing. We have had 2 birthday parties for small children with everything from baby powder to soda spilled on them and they clean up easy with just a wet rag. I would recommend them to anyone!
