Excellent Customer Service

"We had a choice of buying this rug at two different online locations and chose Rugs Direct. I think we made the right choice. The rug was back ordered for 3 weeks, but it arrived when they said it would. It was shipped from Georgia during a massive winter storm, and possibly because of this, it arrived damaged (a hole had been ripped through the wrapping). Within 5 minutes of calling, customer service had a new rug on the way, and it arrived unharmed. We love the rug."

Good Quality -- But Not Red!

"Just received our rug. Very impressed with the quality; it's nice and thick, and the backing looks very well done. If you need something in a red tone -- such as it looks on the website, keep looking because this is really a dark brown. Still, because it looks good on our Mexican tile and it appears to be very well made, we are keeping it. Much prefer real wool to a plastic-based rug! Seems like it is well worth the price."
