"I love our rug - and the price was great. I also really liked the variety of rugs I found on Rugs Direct. The colors in the picture on the website matched what I got. Also Rugs Direct was great when I called to say that my rug had been delivered to the wrong house (two different addresses ended up on the package). They were helpful."

Exactly What I Wanted!

"Although the background color of this rug was not, thankfully, as it appeared, I learned from another customer's review that it was not "ivory", but more of a beige color. THAT note convinced me this rug would work in my home. This was the best purchase ever because it is a very high quality wool rug (i.e. bound on the sides, thickly woven, beautifully made) and the price was about ONE HALF (1/2) of what most stores would sell this rug. Thanks to Rugs Direct! "

We Love This Rug

"It's beautiful, the color is a bit darker than it looks online but this is great because it hides stains. Very nice quality, it sheds a lot when you first get it and it isn't particularly soft to the touch. Very elegant looking."
