Great Deal
"My second Rugs Direct purchase. The quality is outstanding. The only shortcoming is that it took some time for the standard rug sizes to arrive. However, every effort was made to complete the order as quickly as possible. It took three shipments to complete the order, but whenever one item became available it was promptly shipped. It is still my favorite way to purchase rugs."

Awesome Service
"We ordered two rugs, a wool 4' round and a wool 8'x 10'. They came quickly, the colors are beautiful, thick, soft and reasonably priced. The 8'x 10' was damaged upon receipt . I called Rugs Direct's customer service. The damaged rug was picked up in 48 hrs, and I had a new one in a week. I would highly recommend this company."

Great Quality and Value
"I needed a large area rug. Looked at all the carpet stores and furniture stores. Was prepared to spend up to $5000 for a custom rug if necessary. Started looking on Internet and found Rugs Direct.
