Great Rug for Purpose
"I purchased this rug for my son for his bedroom in his first apartment. He is on a very tight budget. I was nervous that this rug would not be plush since it was so inexpensive. We were happily surprised by the look, feel and comfort. I would definitely purchase another if I needed one. "

"Rugs are very soft & true to color shown online. They're very attractive, but a bit thin, so I'm concerned that they may not hold up well long term. Now that I finally found the perfect colors and style for my great room, it would be disappointing if they were easily worn out. A bit of time will tell. "

Never Buying From a Flooring Place Again!
"Rug was exactly as shown and arrived very quickly (less time than predicted). Pile is soft, resilient and, after vacuuming, doesn't shed at all. Saw the same product at a flooring store for more than double the price we paid. This rug was a beautiful addition to our bedroom. Amazing value for quality! We will definitely order from Rugs Direct in the future."

Great Area Rug
"The color is as expected; a light, somewhat creamy cotton color (Natural Cotton). The size is perfect; we purchased a 10' x 13' and it fit the space nicely and adds a wonderful warmth to the room. The only thing that surprised me is that it's a shag rug. The description wasn't clear on what style it would be, but I did not expect this. However, I don't mind this as it adds a nice texture to the space and it's not a very long shag; about an inch in length. Delivery was quicker than expected."

"I was a first time buyer looking for 2 matching rugs in 2 different sizes. There was so much to choose from and I was impressed with the website. I spent several days going back and forth.
