"Purchased this area rug, a matching 12' runner and one other the first week of December (2012). A day after I ordered, my wife informed me we were hosting a dinner party 10 days later. Emailed customer service, explained my problem and offered to pay an up charge for quick delivery. All came within days, no up charge! Quality, color and size were perfect. Excellent value and great customer service. My highest recommendation on all fronts!"

"The rug looks good (and judging by our pets' reactions, it must feel pretty good, too). It's still at the shedding and pilling stage right now, so we're vacuuming a lot. Really, my only issue is that it doesn't look brown/beige to me. But rather more along the lines of sage/gray-beige with pops of rust and yellow. I would have preferred deeper, richer colors but overall, we're satisfied enough to keep it."

"The rug arrived in a timely fashion but the pad arrived a few days after the rug. The rug is very pretty & looks very much like the photo. However, I have never had a wool rug and the shedding is constant! It was very nice and soft initially but now after several vacuums that is no longer the case. I wish I had been aware of this ahead of time."

"We tried 4 other rugs and were afraid to order online b/c of return shipping. I am so glad we went with this rug. It is in our foyer - we have a stair runner (dark red and gold) a dining room rug close by (dark red, sage Persian style) and a light floral print couch close in living room. This rug doesn't compete! Lighter than the pic - very muted, sage, light beige & gray, medium red/blush highlight that is nice, looks great on hardwood and we have yellow walls, under a distressed chandelier."

"Excellent rug for the price. The pattern is neutral enough to complement our brown/paisley patterned chairs without it seeming too busy. The overall color is very close to the image shown, though the sage green may be more noticeable than in the photo for some. As expected with any new rug in this price range, it shed a lot in the beginning but after vacuuming several times, it is slowing down. Overall, very happy with it."

"The colors in this rug are lovely, and are neutral enough so that it would complement a wide range of colors. I have it placed on a dark hardwood floor, and it looks very striking against that background. It is surrounded by upholstered pieces that have green, rust, red, tan and brown colors, and really pulls things together."
