"I also was surprised how far off the color was from the pictured one online. I was expecting a hue variance just from reading the other customer's review, but was disappointed enough that I am also returning it. It is much closer to purple than red as pictured online. It really is a completely different hue. If you are looking for a dark burgundy-purple rug, this one is attractive and of good quality. It's very disappointing that the quality control for online pictures is so poor."

Not Great
"I was really excited about this purchase, but be aware this is a very burgundy, purple-ish rug. A good idea is to get only one rug and see if it works for you before getting rugs for all your house like I did. Now I am stuck with having to pay for shipping to send them back. They look red on the computer, but in reality are a very deep burgundy that I think should be mentioned in the description. I learned my lesson."
