"Received our rug today. Shipping was quite fast, around 10 days. Colors are rich and vibrant, but not exactly what is pictured on the website. The greens are really gray, but I anticipated that from reading the other reviews. Certainly worth the money. "

"When looking for rugs for our kitchen we could not find what we wanted in the retail stores in our area but easily found what we were looking for online at Rugs Direct. We are very happy with the two matching rugs of different sizes we were able to purchase online. The only problem we had was that the 2nd one we ordered was back-ordered for about 2 months but it came when promised."

"I've had a matching rug, plus a larger area rug, for a couple of years. When my OLD dog got really sick on one of them, I just had to throw it out. I was very pleased I was still able to get a replacement from Rugs Direct. Made my day when I found it online!"

"The reviews on this rug were very helpful and accurate. My purchasing experience was wonderful and the rug is absolutely beautiful, plush and top quality. One thing I will note is regarding the reviewers who said the edges curled up. All you do is fold the rug under in a rounded, turn it under and let it sit there for half an hour. The curls are gone and don't come back, and the rug lies perfectly flat. Thanks!"

"Rug shopping is time consuming and retail rugs can be very expensive. After looking at hundreds online we choose this rug. The green is actually a gray/blue color which is perfect our space. "Very plush and vibrant. Teal color is a little muted and more like a gray than the picture. The three rugs ordered were not rolled the best. On floor for about 2 weeks and still a little lumpy. Rugs better than what I have been looking at in stores. Very satisfied. Communication with customer services was very pleasant."

"We had just remodeled our kitchen and living room and discovered hardwood floors under the old wall-to-wall carpet. We were looking for a color and pattern that complemented the floor and yet "fit" with our furnishings. After many hours at Rugs Direct website (a lot of choices), we made our selection. At first we were told that the rug would be back ordered for about 8 weeks. This, however, turned out to be only about 2 weeks. We've had it down about 2 weeks now and are very happy with it."

"I only have 2 minor complaints with my new rug. The first would be that the coloring is not exactly as shown in the picture online. The green/teal parts are not actually that color, they are less vibrant and more grayish than green/teal, but it's still a beautiful rug. Also, it was rolled so tightly that I am still waiting for some of the "bumps" to come out, and it's been down on the floor for a couple weeks now. That's all! I do love the rug."

"This rug is thick and soft -- a joy to walk on and to sit on. Rugs Direct's thickest rug pad is underneath the four large area rugs in my home. All are great rugs (all from Rugs Direct), but this Oriental Sphinx rug is by far the plushest-feeling rug of them all.
Dog hair vacuums off this rug easily. We've had no spills yet, so I can't comment on stain removal.
As others have commented, the teal color of the actual rug is much more muted than the color shown on my monitor."

"I ordered two of the hearth runners expecting them to be trimmed in green with teal accents. My rugs don't have a speck of green or teal in them. They are dark chocolate brown with blue gray accents. Maybe because they are the smallest ones offered? But the colors still work and the rugs are beautiful!"

"The rug arrived 5 days after I purchased it. Everyone who has seen it loves it - my neighbors and my kids. They said I "did good". My daughter said she'd be happy to have it in her house. It is soft to walk on with bare feet. My self-adjusting vacuum does drag quite a bit, probably because the rug definitely has a nap."
