Safavieh introduces its most popular oriental rug designs in a new series of hand-tufted rugs aptly called Classic II. Classic II is for those who appreciate the quality and workmanship of handmade rugs at affordable prices. Safavieh's Classic II Collection features 19th Century French aubusson designs, as well as famous Persian designs from Tabriz, Kashan, Kerman and Nain. Inspired by Safavieh's own museum quality collections, Classic II collection is made in India of 100% virgin wool pile, hand-tufted to a sturdy cotton backing.

Worth Waiting For!
"We've been looking for rugs that had matching 12' runners for over 4 years. The two runners and two larger rugs all look great together, and arrived in less than a week! The rugs are beautiful; colors vivid, with just enough blue or teal and light green to match our several shades of blue walls. The red brings out the rich colors of our hardwood floors. For the price, they can't be beat. Our cats love them too! "

Looks Nothing Like the Website Photo
"I ordered two 2 x 3 rugs and both look so different from the website photos, I had to check the item numbers to ensure that I hadn't received someone else's order. The numbers match, so I guess there needs to be a disclosure on the site warning purchasers that the rug they receive will not look like the rug they ordered. Not happy, but keeping rugs because repackaging for return was too much work."

"Very pretty rug with vibrant colors. The light colors play against the deep colors and give it a glow even when you see it from afar. I have close to 10 rugs of different shapes and sizes of this pattern in my home. The kids love the softness and play hard on these wonderful wool rugs. They stand up to kids, dogs, and adults. Very Good Buy
"This is a beautiful rug. Dominant color is ivory. Not a white or beige ivory, but a creamy ivory with gold undertones which goes very well with the gold in the rug. The border is a deep red as is the center. There also are touches of light rust, olive green, slate blue. Not quite as plush as I thought it would be, but still a great and beautiful rug for the price."
