"The color was completely off (very pink) from what it shows online and from the description. However, the quality and service are excellent and I will be ordering from Rugs Direct again in the future. I don't want to spend the money to return the rug, but the color is definitely NOT as shown. My computer is quite accurate with color, so I was surprised when I opened the package."

Vibrant Colors--Great Value

"I am so pleased with this runner. It brightens my entry area. The colors are richer than depicted online--and the flower motifs are well defined. It looks like an updated hooked rug and goes with my mix of contemporary and traditional furniture. I ordered 2.5 by 8 ft. It is very well-made with a sturdy backing. The rug and pad arrived promptly and were well-wrapped (a good thing because we were having spring rains). I had shopped around and found this rug to be good value."

Great Service

"Rugs Direct's service was incredible. We were looking for throw rugs over our new wood floor.
