"I had the same experience with the uneven pile, called the company who said that wool will do that and it is to be expected and would not exchange it. Don't buy this rug if you have a toddler or an older person who will fall walking on an uneven surface."

Great Rug

"This is a great rug, very durable and good looking. The only thing I am concerned with is the color doesn't match the picture. The rug that we have is a little grayish green and not brown (charcoal).. But we love it so we didn't return it! Great quality and good looking! We are slowly buying for all over the house and definitely will buy from this website."
