Nice, Soft, Good Deal
"This rug is definitely a good deal. It's plush, thick, and soft. The colors are pretty, and it looks great in our dining room. I wouldn't say it looks particularly expensive, but it's nice and it's a good value."

Not So Ivory
"The rug quality is good for the money but I was very disappointed with the color. On my monitor the color looked more soft with a cream or ivory color. Now that I have the rug, it is darker then I wanted and the ivory is more a wheat color. It has more yellow overcast and the browns show up much more. I didn't want to hassle returning the rug so, I am using it in another room. It works in other room ok but it isn't a very exciting rug. I also ordered a runner with same problem with the color."

Great Product
"Made in the USA is important! Very true to size so they seem big! The details on the larger rugs are beautiful but not so much so on the runners. I bought 8 rugs. One runner had an imperfection on the border; otherwise great purchase and great product."

"Happy with both service and rug. It was well worth the price I paid but it would not have been worth the so-called retail value. The colors were fairly accurate on my monitor. I wish they would post the thickness of the rugs. Overall very pleased. Would recommend Rugs Direct."

Better Than Expected
"This rug is a lot thicker than I thought it would be after reading the other reviews. It lay flat pretty quickly. The pattern is a lot larger than the picture shows. Since I have it in a large room it is OK."

Better Than I Dared Hope
"Our new rug is really perfect and better quality than I had expected for the price. The whole process of buying a rug sight unseen was daunting but it was well worth it. Great Price! Great Rug!
"My fiance and I were excited about this rug because it was of great quality, and it was a great price. We were very pleased. The only thing I will say that's semi negative is that it took a long time for it to lay flat on the floor. We had to put heavy boxes on the lumpy parts from it being wrapped up in a box...but I think that's a small price to pay for the overall great experience."
