Almost, But Not Quite

"This was a really nice rug but the colors were different from what was shown online. The background color was more of a gray color rather than beige. It had that tea wash background to it that is popular right now but to me it just looks dirty. I wanted the rug to be a bright spot it my kitchen not something so somber."

Sad

"Thought I'd found the perfect rug, but alas! Colors are much darker and different than my monitor shows. Tried to check colors with Rugs Direct staff with limited results. Had to send it back. Will be more cautious ordering in future. Rugs Direct staff is helpful with returns and process is easy. For large rug would be expensive. "

I Love This Rug!

"Another customer's review of this rug said the colors were not as expected, but better! I agree 100%. The colors are browner, more earthy than what they appear online. They are striking against the ivory background, making the details perfectly vivid! It is not as thick as my hand-tufted rugs. Still, I am quite happy with my choice."

Oriental Rug

"It took me quite a few minutes to unwrap it, it was so thoroughly well-wrapped! It was thicker and plusher than I expected. The colors were a bit brighter than shown on the web - to my delight! Recommended - you won't be disappointed."
