"I didn't give 5 stars for the overall only because when the rug first came it was the completely WRONG RUG. It wasn't even close, other than it was a Shaw rug. The return process though wasn't hard luckily and the correct rug came pretty quick, but still it was pretty disappointing to have to wait another two weeks to get the proper rug. The value was significantly greater than any other website though so I would probably use this site again."
