"The only complaint I have is that the rug is VERY thin, for a shag rug. It's not a think, long pile rug like I was expecting, especially for the price of a little rug. But I guess ordering online you don't always get what you think. I will try harder to find most items and be able to see and touch before purchasing again. "

"I'm happy with the rug. Could it be thicker and more plush? Yes, but it's still very attractive, functional, and a great deal for the price. If you are wanting a thick, dense rug, this is not for you, but the shag is thick enough to give it a very nice feel and it looks great. Lots of compliments."
