Great Rug!

"I was hesitant to make a purchase like this from the Internet but am glad I did, the rug is beautiful! The colors aren't quite what I was expecting from the pictures on the web site, but close enough it still works with the decor. The longer we have the rug the more we love it, and can't wait for the second to arrive (it's on backorder). The customer service was excellent, and shipping/delivery took a lot less time than I thought it would for such a purchase."

Great Purchase AND Customer Service!

"After I purchased my original rug from Rugs Direct, I realized it was too small. I then found a larger size for a little more. Although I was just at the deadline for being able to return the rug, they allowed me to do so. I purchased the larger one, and returned the smaller one. They credited my account immediately! Great product, and great customer service! I also bought a round rug from Rugs Direct - same color & pattern. Very happy, indeed!"
