Best Customer Ever!
"The first rug that was delivered had a small binding flaw. I called customer service. And in NO time I had a RA# and a new rug on its way. Never have I had such great customer service. The new rug came in, (in less than a week) and the return pickup took less than 48 hours. My replacement rug is beautiful and I will HIGHLY recommend Rugs Direct to family and friends. Awesome job. Other companies should have such great service. THANK YOU!"

"I purchased 2 6'runners plus 2 3'3" x 4'11" sizes for my foyer. I am very happy with the quality and the color is right on! After hours of searching in many retail stores both in-person and online I haven't found any other place with as great a selection of sizes, styles and colors! Very Happy with this Rug
"I just received this rug and I am very happy with it. The quality is great for the price and it was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I would agree with the other reviews that the color is definitely a deep chocolate brown so I would say that charcoal is not the best way to describe it. For me, the color was perfect with my dark brown wood and taupe colored furniture. Very pleased with Rugs Direct and I will order from them again. "

"I was concerned when I made the purchase because the color that was listed. It appeared to be a dark brown, but was listed as charcoal. I took a chance and it turned out to be what I expected from the picture online. That stuff can be tricky, but it was the way it looked."

Absolutely Love This Rug!
"I purchased two rugs from Rugs Direct and I love them both... I think this one is just gorgeous!!
