"I ordered 2 brown/beige runners but the color and design are a bit undefined and wish it was more defined and sharper looking. I realize they are not expensive runners but I have bought runners like this before and they were sharp and clear designs. I purchased the 2' x 14' runner and the next size is 2' x 18', I would have like a 2' x 16' but they do not offer that size."

"Thick and plush feel without being too bulky. Looks very nice, not cheap, however online picture is somewhat deceiving. Border in picture appears as a dark gold or taupe, when it's actually ivory. The brown is very dark."

"The first rug that was delivered had a small binding flaw. I called customer service. And in NO time I had a RA# and a new rug on its way. Never have I had such great customer service. The new rug came in, (in less than a week) and the return pickup took less than 48 hours. My replacement rug is beautiful and I will HIGHLY recommend Rugs Direct to family and friends. Awesome job. After hours of searching in many retail stores both in-person and online I haven't found any other place with as great a selection of sizes, styles and colors! "I just received this rug and I am very happy with it. The quality is great for the price and it was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I would agree with the other reviews that the color is definitely a deep chocolate brown so I would say that charcoal is not the best way to describe it. For me, the color was perfect with my dark brown wood and taupe colored furniture. Very pleased with Rugs Direct and I will order from them again. "
