"Bought Radici Como in Black. Bought the 5'3" x 5'3" round, 2'2" x 7'7" rectangle and two 2'2" x 4' rectangles. The 2'2" x 4' looks unfinished. The other two have borders going all around. These two smaller ones have the border just going down the sides and not on the ends. May send them back. Sooooooo disappointed!"

"I took a big chance and ordered online having not seen any of these rugs. I carefully read the reviews sent in and was so encouraged by other reviewers I decided to make a large purchase. The rugs all arrived in a very timely manner with pads and look absolutely lovely. I also made contact by phone and all were very helpful when I asked about the difficulty in cleaning wool rugs. One thing I might add....I was told that the rugs were 1/4 of an inch thick, but with the pads seem much thicker. "

"I ordered 2 rugs, one was a runner and the second was a small area rug. The color was perfect, however, the runner was not what I wanted. I wanted the look of a rug with a border on all 4 sides and the runner had the border only running lengthwise. It made the rug look like it came off a roll. I returned both as I wanted them to match. If the runner had a border on all 4 sides I would have kept both and been very happy. I am still searching for the right size and color. "

"I have had this rug in black (5' x 7') for about two months now, and vacuum it nearly every day; black shows everything, but I love it. The only complaint I have is that the rug could have been bound better on the edges; there were loose threads hanging off when it arrived and I taped them to the underside. I keep having to do that often. Also, I noticed clear, white nylon thread was used to sew the black edging - not too smart of the manufacturer. Hope I can get at least two years out of it. "

"We are so pleased with this rug. We did not want to spend a lot of money for a rug for the bar area of our rec room. We thought this rug would fill the bill for a bit. Then it arrived. We were amazed at what a great rug it was for so few dollars. It's thicker than we thought it would be. The colors are actually every bit as nice as expensive rugs we have seen.
