I Would Go Back
"The rug is OK, not bad for the money. The FREE SHIPPING is great, however it arrived partially open and had a dirty edge. I would go back to Rugs Direct."

Very Happy with Rug
"We have had the rug for two weeks and are thrilled with it. As with all online purchases you never know for sure about color. It has a little more of traditional Oriental hue to it and not the vibrant red and ivory look on our computer screen. But the quality has been great. Our cats scratch it and no pulls thus far. Nothing else we saw came close to that price and I do not feel like we sacrificed quality. "

Lovely Rug
"I was so happy with this rug that I ordered a second one after seeing it for real. You should know that what appears to be a beige center with brown vines, is more on the golden side than the picture suggests. It turns from a light golden beige, as shown in the picture, to a dark gold depending on which way the nap is running. Happily, the red is a true red and not wine/burgundy. It also changes intensity depending on the direction of the nap. "

"Love the rug. The delivery took a few extra days than anticipated, but was very happy with the Customer Service Department. Guests have complimented me on this rug. I did not realize that the there are physical stores also in the Virginia area. I am planning on a trip sometime soon. "

Great Rug
"I purchased this as a Christmas present for myself. I love it! It's very soft and looks awesome in my room. It did take almost a month to get it.. but there were some holidays thrown in there too. But it was delivered as promised by the delivery date. We are very happy with the size, cost and appearance of both the large rug and runner, it was a great value for our money.. and way better than ones we were looking at, at retail stores that would have been more expensive for a smaller size rug!"
