"The runner rug is just what I wanted. It is a nice length, the colors are just as expected, and the pile is low enough not to interfere with the door opening and closing. My only concern was it took about 3 weeks to arrive."

Very Happy
"After reading some of these reviews, I was nervous to order this rug. I'm glad I went ahead and got it! It's got great colors for our mountain house and even though it's a little thinner than most rugs, it's just perfect with a pad under it. We have it under our main dining room table and it hides stains and vacuums up very easily. Another benefit is that when guests shuffle their feet on the rug, it does not leave piles of fur like other rugs. It's a great rug and you can't beat that price!"

A Little Disappointed
"I have purchased several rugs from this site and this is the first purchase that I feel disappointed. The quality of the rug is not great. Very thin rug, low pile and if looking closely appears a little cheap. I buy rugs for a heavily trafficked area yearly knowing that I need something that isn't totally pricey but looks nice. I will not buy this brand of rugs again."

Color Good, Smell Bad
"The rug color is great. The rug has a very thin pile. I've purchased another rug from the same manufacturer from a retail outlet that felt much deeper and comfortable. The biggest disappointment is the smell. After several weeks with leaving the window open in the room the carpet still has a strong chemical odor."

Color WAY off!
"When this rug arrived I was terribly disappointed with the color! It is very orange, not brown, compared to the one shown here. This is my second rug from Rugs Direct and the first one was exactly like the rug shown on the website, so I know it is not my monitor. Unfortunately, now I have to return it and pay for the shipping charges when I feel the color is totally misrepresented."

great purchase
"I bought three of these rugs for my bathroom. My bathroom is very tuscan oil rubbed bronze fixtures on two sinks, roman tub, and the shower these rugs were perfect and thier color very rich. I'ts hard to find bathroom rugs that look elegant and that aren't just solid.I wanted my bathroom to feel like an extension of our bedroom not just another bathroom. I love all the rugs from here and shipping was fast."
