Beautiful
"Love this rug! Absolutely gorgeous, rich looking and very plush. Looks even better than in the picture. Was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, but it arrived in less than a week. Very pleased with the service and the quality!"

Great Customer Service
"I purchased a rug from Rugs Direct, and when it arrived, it had a few flaws. I called the company up and told them about the defects, and the woman apologized and said they would ship another one out to me, and have UPS pick up the original rug at no extra charge. Even though I was slightly disappointed with the rug, they made up for it for just being so accommodating and apologetic. I would order from them again, because although the price was that of other competitors, the shipping was free. I"
