The only hassle was that the first one was on back-order and I had to call the company to find that out. Then, when the date got extended, I again had to call them, they did not notify me right away. "The rug is wonderfully thick! It does not curl at the edges. With a rug mat under it, it stays in place. The colors are amazing. It is more brick red rather than burgundy color. In some of the web pictures, the background looked navy but it is really black.
The rug blended and complemented the room so well that people at first didn't even notice it.
The only negative was that the rug was on backorder for over a month."

"I am very pleased with the color and quality of the product. I purchased the 1'10" x 3' accent rug, the 1'11" x 7'2" rectangular runner, and the 5'3" x 7'2" rectangular. The runner and accent rugs have arrived, but I am still waiting for the rectangular. When I called to ask about it, I was informed it was on back order for another month to 2 months. I am disappointed that I did not receive that information upon purchase of the rug.

"I found this rug on closeout and it is perfect for our newly redecorated family room. Shipping was fast. The colors are quite close to the site's picture and complement our leather furniture. "I was kind of skeptical of ordering, and reading all the positive reviews made me even more skeptical! I thought this is to good to be true. So I ordered, and thought well, I can send them back. Boy was I wrong! This rug is gorgeous, The colors are beautiful and vibrant. The quality is 5 star. A local store wanted 800.00 to over 1000.00 for the same size and quality rug. I also purchased the area rug pad that goes under it, and the rug does not move at all. Rugs Direct will get all my business"

"I just received the runner yesterday. I was told 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. It came in one week!!! The colors and design are great for our "Southwest" style family room. I wish I had found this website before I purchased the larger area rug. I could have gotten a "match" ! But it still works very well with what I already have. I can't speak on the wear because I just received it. However, for the price. it's well worth it. Take the chance! You won't be disappointed!"
