Hated It
"It looked like a very poor quality rug. The beige background looked dingy and the rust color was orange. Based on the picture I expected muted tones not drab. I read all the other reviews so I expected a nicer rug. You get what you pay for."

"This rug is a winner. I have bought and took back several rugs, but this one stays. The colors are true except that the color they call golden is more like a sandy beige. Nevertheless the rug is a quality rug and I am 100% pleased. My only complaint is that it has a smell like new wool carpets do but I am sure it will dissipate "

It's a WOW!
"I am 100% satisfied with the rug. The center background color is not as gold as shown. It is more beige. I had the privilege of seeing a sample piece so I knew what I would be getting. I tried to get the return shipping cost, but, the salesgirl did not have the information or dimensions. Had to do my own research. Mine was rolled as expected. Ordering it online over specialty store saved $1200."

Accurate on Internet Screen
"The rug I ordered from you is beautiful and the colors are true to those presented on the Internet screen. I would not describe the color as "golden" beige (as did the customer representative and the Internet description). The background color is more of a light sandy brown beige, rather than any sort of golden tone. Thanks for the great rug!"
