Good Quality Rugs
"I thought the buying experience with Rugs Direct was good overall. I have to echo the same sentiment that several other customers stated in their reviews, the colors are different with what you see on the website. We got a rug that was supposed to be a "Merlot" color & it was brown on the edges. But, those are that chances you take when buying stuff online."

Gorgeous!
"Looks like a painting for your floor. Beautiful, thick and soft without being squishy, the colors in the rug looked great in several rooms of my house. I ordered a small one for a bathroom at first & liked it so much that I ended up returning it to get a larger one for my living room. On the pricey side, but definitely makes a statement and sets the tone for the room. Love it."

Floor Art--Stunning!
"Yes, it truly is gorgeous!. And, it really does look like artwork. The colors are vibrant and true to what you see on the screen;the quality is high. Fabulous!
"My wife and I were immediately drawn to this rug but had some trepidation about buying it -- was it too bold? We were elated when it arrived -- it fit the room like a glove! Beautiful Artistic Rug!
"This a is beautiful extremely well made rug. Almost every person comments about how it looks like an artist hand painted it for me. I use it at my front door and it holds up to all the traffic. I brought an extra just incase it isn't produced again."

Beautiful but of poor quality
"The rug arrived and was gorgous! I put it in my dinning room on hardwood floor (with a pad) and it was stunning. Why poor rating? It is NOT knotted, but "tuffted" and the thing sheads like a long haired cat in tropical summer. I'm afraid that by next year it will be bald and I'll have wasted my money."
