"One rug arrived in a timely manner. The 2nd is back ordered almost 2 months. Longer than expected. As others have noted, the Ivory is a bit yellowish, but still looks OK with the black. Several bumps in the rug (from rolling) that still have not "layed down." I hope they will. Customer Service has been attentive regarding the back ordered item (appreciated). Full price would have been too costly for these products-glad I received some discount with my purchase. Would buy from Rugs Direct again."

"We needed a rug for under the table that joins our kitchen and family room. It would handle lots of chair movement as my wife and I sit at it a good part of the day working on our PCs. It also would get lots of cat traffic from our 4 cats. It would be vacuumed often. So far it has stood up to all of this and remains a beautiful looking rug. "

"We had an interior decorator order a rug for us and after 3 months she told us it wasn't in stock. We found your website and spent a couple of days looking at all of your selections. Finally we ordered 2 rugs for $100 less than we were going to pay for one. The biggest surprise was that it was on our doorstep in 4 days on a holiday week. "The first order I placed on this rug was starting to unravel on one of the edges. As soon as I told Rugs Direct about it they sent me a new one. It arrived here faster than the first one. "I just moved into a new home and my budget is very limited. I spent many late hours surfing the net to find the best deal. I am very fussy.
