"I am truly impressed by the customer service at Rugs Direct. I ordered my rug a size too large and didn't realize it for a few days. "This is the third rug we ordered, the first was fantastic. The second was so so, we cancelled the order. This rug is unbeliveable...We love it. "My pet, over time, had soiled our very expensive dining room hand-made Oriental rug. Even with repeated spot cleaning, the smell never really went away. Fits my purpose well
"I ordered the rug and it came in record time, I laid it on the floor and it brought the room together. It wasn't as thick as I would like it to be, and the color was a little darker in the middle then I wanted but after having it down in the room for a while I am very happy that it is darker rather than lighter. I am pleased with my purchase."
