I'm So Happy With My New Rug
"I admit I wasn't that hot to buy a rug online. After all, you want to see, touch and yes smell a rug before you buy. But I needed a round rug for the entrance to my home office and I wasn't finding it locally. With some trepidation, I began searching online. I found Rugs Direct just as I was about to give up. Not What Was Described
"I was very excited to receive my carpets, based on the reviews/comments but after we got them set up I noticed alot of the carpet lent was coming up when I vacumed numerous times the first day. It has been 1 month and there is stil alot of lent/wool coming up from these carpets. In addition, the carpets are not that easy to clean as stated and they leave alot of residue behind. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS CARPET IF YOU HAVE PETS OR CHILDREN THE WOOL IS NOT AS SMOOTH AND DOES NOT HOLD UP AS WELL. HAD "

Impressive Design
"I ordered the 9'6"x13'6" for my dining room. The large size allows the design in this rug to make a bold statement. I am very pleased with the overall appearance however the colors are somewhat lighter than pictured on the web site. There are some wrinkles in the rug that have been difficult to flatten. I am hoping with time they will relax naturally. The quality of the fibers appear to be excellent and I am anticipating many years of use from this purchase."

"When I first start searching the web I found a lot of placing to search but once I found rug direct my search became easier.
