kinks in rug
"Everything was fine, the price may have been a bit high, but it arrived on time, looked like I expected (color, design, etc), but... It was rolled for shipping (as I expected), and there's a bend/fold in it. I have tried for 3 weeks to get the rug to lay flat. It's sitting on another wall to wall rug, it may settle, or may need to be moved, or some other action taken, to get rid of the roll (about a 1.5" roll, caused by a fold when they rolled it up for shipping). So my displeasure comes from th"
