A Cute Alternative
"I didn't really think about the description of the rug being made of cotton strips but for a little area rug in front of a bed, it's a cute alternative to a shag. The strips of fabric are not dense so the white backing fabric shows through. It would have made more sense to have the backing fabric be the same color as the rug. I think that if I had shopped around longer, I may have found an area rug that is thicker but I made a quick purchase. The color is really perfect."

"I bought this for my baby's room after reading a positive review online. It is a great rug because rather than the shaggy rugs you are used to it is shaggy from cut cotton fabric pieces. It looks great and feels great on the feet...and no shedding!"

We Love it!
"We love this rug! It is used in our children's bath room as a bath mat. It is so soft, washes very well, and is bright and beautiful in the room. I looked very hard to find a rich red rug for their bath, and came acroos this. After doing much research Rugs Direct offered the best price and the fastest shipping.
