Crease
"The 11' x 8' Castello rug's color is very nice and we're getting compliments on it. When we got it, however, one end had creases going across the width of the rug. The end that had the crease was on the end that began the roll and did not appear to have been improperly rolled. Before returning it, I tried steaming the underside of the crease. It was a lot of work but it was a success and the rug now lays flat. We feel that for the money this was a good value and will probably order more."

Love These Rugs
"I now have three of these rugs! I purchase an expensive version on another site. The only difference is the boarder is off white on the costly one and a dark cream (almost yellow) on the Rugs Direct rug. The pattern is less sharp on these... but not enough to warrant the $$$ I paid on the other rug. The blue is just as blue on these (which was the most important thing to me). "
