"I purchased the runner and was so pleased with it that I ordered the smaller one. The runner is in the hallway and I purchased the small one to go in the powder room which is just inside the hallway. They really complement each other. I wish I had need for another one. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and the reasonable price. I certainly will put your site in my favorite places."

"We had never thought of shopping for a rug online. We had bought our last area rug at a home improvement store and picked from what was on hand. What a dumb idea.

"I purchased these rugs in Nov. 2011 for my kitchen and loved them. They had rounded corners and stayed flat in a high traffic area. I bought an additional set in Nov 2012 and waited 2.5 months for them. I expected this set to be the same as I planned to put it in the same room. This set is totally different. It has different coloring and SQUARE corners. I can live with the different coloring, but the square corners are lifting up. Very annoying in a high traffic area. "

"Nice depth of material. Pattern of Kokopelli in the center is not as distinct as pictured; a trifle blurred. Undercoating is very slippery on hardwood floors. Needs a rubber mat underneath to keep it from slipping. But a good rug for the price offered."

"I now own 2 of these rugs. I ordered for our kitchen and loved it so much that I ordered another for our dining room. The colors are very pretty and muted. The style goes wonderfully with our Southwestern decor. I was sure that I wanted wool rugs, however this rug changed my mind. It is very soft and appears to be of great quality. "

"When I received my rug it it had flaws (light spots) in it. Rather than hassle with a return t I decided I could live with it. I wrote a review mentioning the flaws, thinking that was the end. To my surprise, a couple days later I received a phone call from Rugs Direct asking about the flaws. Rugs Direct quickly and efficiently replaced my rug and sent return packaging. New rug is beautiful and I will be a life long Rugs Direct customer!! THANKS. "
