"The color of this rug was not as pictured. It is neon orange, and looked horrible against my dark wood floor. Will be returning it. The quality seemed OK, though."

"This rug has dark lines in them , but the orange color was very accurate. When one of the three rugs came through a different color Rugs Direct was very cooperative in having it picked up by UPS and replaced with another rug very quickly."

"I've finally received the product that I thought I was purchasing and am very happy with the quality and value of the rug. Getting the rug to me was problematic. The 3rd party shipper damaged the first two rugs and only after much work on Rugs Direct part did I finally receive an undamaged rug. It's perfect for my room, very soft, and well made. I enjoy my carpet because it is a warm color and o
"I am enjoying my tangerine wool carpet. It is very soft to my feet and it is thick enough to not need a thick pad if you didn't want one. It does shed a lot so needs to be vacuumed 2x per week. We like that we could get a larger size than most carpet stores have in stock. I will be purchasing more for other rooms. Thanks."

"Overall, I'm very happy with the value. The color is just a little bit darker, richer than it looks on the website, but not so different as to cause concern - more of an FYI. I was so happy to find this hard-to-find color - am very pleased with the extensive selection, and have recommended this website to others. Delivery was on time. The rug appears to be very good quality; however, it is not overly thick/plushy, so if you want that softer feeling underfoot, I would just recommend that you buy "

"I am enjoying the rug very much. The quality is very good, however, the color is not exactly what I expected according to the photo. It does match my sofa, however, so it all worked out fine. Thanks for getting the rug here in a timely manner."
