Outstanding experience!
"I had guests coming in from out of town and wanted a new rug. I saw this rug in Haverty's. It was pricey and they couldn't get it to me for 6 weeks. I went to Rugs-Direct.com on a Saturday night and found the same rug for hundreds less with free delivery and they got it to me in a little over a week! The rug is beautiful, soft, and luxurious. People compliment it all the time. We are very happy My only observation is that the colors of the rug online are not accurate. It is more muted and the g"
