"The delivery was great. The rug is beautiful, however I am somewhat disappointed that the color is about 10 shades darker then how it looks online. It doesn't look navy at all - it looks black. I think it clashes with my furniture, but everyone likes it."

"The rug I ordered was pretty, darker colors than the picture but was fine. The only issue was an odor that lingered for quite a few days after it arrived. We vented the room and it eventually got better. If a person was sensitive to strong smells this could have been a problem."

"Because of the good price and the versatility of this rug, I ordered it. Within a week I received the rug pad and an email letting me know that the rug was on back order. Now that I have received it, I can see why it is so popular that it had been on back order! Depending on the time of day and the lighting, the color subtlety changes from a beautiful blue to almost appearing to be black. It has absolutely pulled the entire room together in a very appealing way! I am "tickled pink"!"

"I bought three of these rugs (large rectangle, square and small rectangle) for my small weirdly shaped apartment. They are stunning in color and I've found myself slowly redecorating around them. They clean up beautifully. The sale price made me buy two instead of one, and when they arrived, I promptly ordered the third one. The blue is a true navy - very dark - and goes well with my black rocker and my light maple table. "

"I ordered Navy Rug 4114 and 2 small matching rugs. The sales person on the phone was polite and helpful and the rugs arrived within a week of being ordered. The color is closer to black than navy but I expected that from reviews I read prior to to placing the order. "This is a great rug for the price. It's thick and soft and nice looking. Only problem is that the blues and reds and greens are much more dark and muddy colored than shown. In my room with only one window, the navy appears almost black, which is why I am returning it. Good value though. "
