"Customer service at Rugs Direct is excellent. I had to return the first rug because of ripples that would not go away. I have the same problem with ripples after almost a month with this one but they continue to work with me. If I didn't love the colors so much, I would just ask for a refund. It is not a very thick rug. The price was good for such a large rug."

"The accent color shown on the website and on the label that comes with the rug is a medium bright blue. The actual accent color looks black and the other colors are dull. It is not the pretty, colorful rug depicted. "

Good rug for those with allergies
"I am very pleased with thie rug. It has good color and pattern detail. It is constructed from a synthetic material which allows me, an acute allergy sufferer, to have a great traditional rug for my den. The ordering and the delivery process worked very well.
