Good overall experience

"The ordering process was very simple, even thought I had to contact Rugs direct to find out what the price of the rug was. They were very responsive and replied very quickly. The rug also arrived very quickly, and fit perfectly in our kitchen area. It gets a lot of food and liquids dropped on it since it is in the kitchen, but hasn't stained. We love the quality and the look of the rug. Thanks for a good experience."

Happy with purchase

"This was my first purchase from Rug's direct. The rug came sooner than expected and we really like it. The color was a little different than the website but still a match. One thing I would really like in the description of future purchases is the thickness of the rugs. However, overall we are happy with the rug and would use the website again."
