"Superb Customer Service, Fast and well packaged shipping. I ordered 7.7 octagon and 7.11 runner. Rugs are as pictured. Just the right thickness and the colors are even and rich. If I had one worry, it was if the rugs would not be thick enough. If Rugs Direct could state the thickness of the rugs in the description, It would be helpful. "
