Quality looking rug

"This is really a beautiful rug. Although because I ordered the 2 x 3 size the pattern was different. Only half of the foliage was on this size rug. So it looks like a different rug. I should have read the disclaimer at the bottom of the page. The pictured rug is by far more appealing to me. I thought I had received a flawed rug. "

Great Customer Service

"This is the first time I have ordered from Rugs Direct and it won't be the last! Everything from ordering, order print-out and follow through was done exceptionally well. Rugs Direct kept us informed as to the shipping date, and transit. We knew what day to stay home to receive the rug and were very happy with the results. The only change would be, as Rugs Direct suggests, is to see the rug in person. The actual rug color was different from the picture, but was fine with our decor. Thanks."

Beautiful Rug

"Rug was shipped quickly and I was very pleased when it arrived. The quality of the wool was better than I expected and the rug was also carved adding a lot of detail to the already beautiful design. This is a great website. I will defintely buy again. This is my 4th pruchase."
