"I ordered two runners and pads. They are exactly what I expected. The runners are high quality and were received in the expected delivery estimated dates. However the pads, were received weeks later after two phone calls to customer service. Customer service was always pleasant and willing to help. I definitely will shop Rugs Direct again.

"I placed my order on the 14th of December, hoping they would arrive before Christmas. They arrived on the 23rd of December in perfect condition. I have always used the hand carved wool Aubusson rugs and just could not find ones in the colors that I needed after my recent kitchen and living room remodel, so I took a chance on these. What a pleasant surprise!!! They are beautiful and absolutely perfect for the room.They are so soft underfoot and and look stunning against my travertine floors "

"This rug is everything I was looking for and more. The color is much more rich that the photos show, it has burgundy, a courtly teal green, tan and a rich gold. I have a white cat that loves this rug, but the pattern is dense enough that I don't have to vac every day. The pile is oh so deep, my feet love it. This is a superb rug at a great price."

"You all know what it's like to have a picture of the rug you want in your head! After a year of searching I found it at Rugs Direct! The color, pattern, and durability factor was perfect for my purpose as a runner for my kitchen stairs, with two 8 ft matching runners for the kitchen. The rug has much less beige than pictured and more vibrant color with shades of muted sage and rich burgundy. The border is off white, not beige. The stripes are rich burgundy, and rug background is deep black."
